Today ran on the elliptical I used a different elliptical today. It is much harder than the one I usually use. I was on the elliptical for 30 minutes.

I can barely lift a shovel full. 1 1/2 hour shoveling 4-wheel snow plow... visibility 1 block, just beautiful.
got my truck stuck..... so much moisture!!!!

Today I swam 1,000 yds, and yesterday 1,000 yds as well. I interviewed for a job today. 12-15 hrs per week... I think I can do it! Fingers crossed.  Go TEAM!

Yesterday I ran 3.3 miles in 30 minutes. That is an estimate because I forgot to turn my GPS on until I was just under 1 mile. I looked down to see what my time was, and it was all zeros. I thought I am either so fast that I am running near the speed of light, or I forgot to push the start button.

I vote for the speed of light explanation  102 laps, 40 minutes (and no, I haven't radically increased my swimming lap time, I'm at a hotel pool that is about half the length of the pool at my home gym)

Today I cleaned house for 2.5 hrs and swam 500 yds. I have a cold.  Nite.
