everything seems to flare in my gut

I have been walking every day. The felons all thought I had been working out. nope- just lifting Lil' Niki and Owen!

Orch- maybe you could bring Erica and I could bring Smed- and we could meet in the middle some day? no idea when...

That would be great Lon, but I still want to see Devil's tower, and go to the Black Hills. I would even like to find out where in the heck Wall Drug is at.

Sunday, biked 10 miles, 1 hour. Good to have the bike out again. Went slow and didn't push it, thighs a bit heavy first half of the bike ride, but fine second half and next day.

Monday, walked 1 mile, 20 minutes.

Yesterday, a rainy day.

Today looks nice so far, so will go for a walk.

Been walking, but more take a break, walk around, don't pay attention to the time or distance.

Saturday I was setting out on my run when I remembered my neighbor needed help with a tree that had blew over in the wind. I thought I had better go help. I thought it would take 1 maybe 2 hours to get it cut up, and loaded in the truck. 3 and 1/2 hours later we finished. I then decided I did not have time for a run. I did get to play with the chain saw.

This morning I ran 3 miles.

Yay for getting to play with a chain saw! I've been in bed for a week with another summer flare. Going back to the pool today. Woot!
