If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

As for me, I've been in the pool with various fam for the past 4 days and am feeling a bit itchy! Totally worth the fun though.
Nice to hear people having fun . I'm also planning to start swimming.
Saturday's run 5.5 miles. My right shoulder was sore by the time I finished. I talked with my neurologist this morning, she advised me not to run any more races. She did say I should keep running just not long distances. She also said not to worry about how fast I am.
Happy to see that you can run again. No need to worry as long as you can enjoy it
Yestarday my local soccer team got promoted to the 1st division. Next season we will be playing with Real Madrid and Barcelona.(maybe you´ve heard of them). The party in the city was BIG. We had fun.
Afterwards we walked home. A good walk. We both reckon we are putting on too much weight and more exercise is necessary. Last night was a step in the right direction for both us and the team.
That's a great news. Although I'm from India and a hard core Arsenal supporter, I do follow La Liga . Do you play for your team???

Walked 2 miles this morning. Yesterday I lifted the weights with my left leg. That is the routine that my neurologist gave me.

Good job walking and doing this exercises Steve! I'm taking an ACE personal trainer course to learn how to keep myself in good order. Really interesting course! A LOT has changed in the last 30+ years. Tried a zumba class last week... Feet were mad for days. We are traveling this week and today I stopped in Laramie to swim in a super nice municipal pool. Go TEAM!

Hi everyone! Good job keeping moving everyone! Yesterday I got to swim with my niece and all of her kids in Cheyenne. Today goofing off downtown and tomorrow Denver. Our eldest and her boys are coming from Norway tomorrow evening. Yippee!! We'll be staying in hotel with a gym and a pool, so that will be nice family fun. Go TEAM!

Took a nice evening walk around the cup-de-sac with hubby.
It rained much of the day, but the sun finally came out shortly before sunset. once the sun went down, it was nice and cool.
