cheering from the sidelines! so very busy right now! should be going for walks, but deadlines!

did walk from my car today a quarter mile, weighted down like a pack mule, out of breath once i got to my building. normally its two trips but knew i wouldn't have the time to get back out there. and a lot of being up in the lab with my students, so at least not a day of just sitting. but gotta get out for those walks! i do get around to it sooner because of this thread, so thank you for that heart

Today I walked 2 miles and swam 500yds.

Go TEAM! clap

I'm so ready for my trike seat to arrive. It's a gel seat with sort of a dip where one's tailbone usually sits. Then my shopping baskets and I'll be a true all year round cycle commuter. I'll post photos. Promise!"""""

Thanks for you encouragement.....

More snow, but the sun is out and I shovel in my wool shirt!

Today's run: ran 2.86 miles in about 30 minutes. Then got on the elliptical for another 10 minutes, because I needed a little more.

last night, needed to take a break, walked the building, through A level, up the stairs, through floor 1, up the stairs, through floor 2, up the stairs, through floor 3, down the stairs, through floor 2, down the stairs, through floor 1, down the stairs, back to my office.

time? distance? but it was awhile, with my fellow night owl colleague....we had a lot to vent about yesterday! today was a better day!

Okay. Here we go....

Did 1100 metres in the pool yesterday. Today I did 1500 metres.
I hope that I am now back on the bike and will be reporting more often as and when I do exercise.
