yesterday, between walking to and from the car a few times and walking to and from a meeting across campus, walked 6 x .25 miles (~5 minutes each) = 1.5 miles (30 minutes)

Today's run: 3.57 miles in 35:55 minutes. Still very nice weather. I don't need to wear my winter running gear, but I would like to have snow to ski on, and water to drink.

like with us, another balmy 40 degree day; jacket weather, not coat weather.

but the cold and snow will come; it always does, so enjoying the warmer weather while i can; but if i skied i bet i'd feel differently.

lovin' the sunny warm winter we keep having:

48 and sunny! people were eating lunch outside today!

back and forth to the car in the parking lot a few times:

walked 4 x .25 miles (5 min) = 1 mile (20 minutes)

wish i had had more time to go take a proper walk, busy work day, still at work finishing things up.......

at one point standing and browsing in a store, my SI really prefers walking to standing! it was getting a bit tight to the point of scaring me it was gonna revolt, but then i walked it out.....and it turned out ok.

thanks for the encouragement everyone! yep it has been cold!

Sue, being able to walk throughout the day, I think has allowed me to continue working. Standing is like sinking into long rusty spikes. Walking at least makes the muscles feel needed.

1/2 hour snow shoveling / ice / blowing snow means I get to do it again!!
