I've found walking makes me worse
going to try swimming soon to see how that goes. Just doing some stretches at the moment!

We all have things we can't do anymore, or things we have had to modify in order to continue. But don't let is stop you! It's all about moving it or losing it, right?
When I first started in the pool the only thing I could do was "dangle" around with a noodle under my arms. Then slowly I've been able to work up to swimming laps. And now, after not being able to walk for 3 years, I can walk about a mile before my two right toes start going to sleep. Then, I've found if I can sit down or stretch a bit, often I can walk another mile. And I can ride my bike now, too. Not too far, not too fast... but it's progress. Keep on stretching!
