I've found walking makes me worse frown going to try swimming soon to see how that goes. Just doing some stretches at the moment!

Welcome here Hayley! Good job stretching! cheerleader
We all have things we can't do anymore, or things we have had to modify in order to continue. But don't let is stop you! It's all about moving it or losing it, right? yes When I first started in the pool the only thing I could do was "dangle" around with a noodle under my arms. Then slowly I've been able to work up to swimming laps. And now, after not being able to walk for 3 years, I can walk about a mile before my two right toes start going to sleep. Then, I've found if I can sit down or stretch a bit, often I can walk another mile. And I can ride my bike now, too. Not too far, not too fast... but it's progress. Keep on stretching! clap

You guys are my inspiration smile very painful today to move and walk. Just spending my time trying to work out my flares and what helps. Long way to go but I know I'll get there. It's nice to have these forums to talk to other sufferers! It's hard for people who don't know what it's like to understand what I'm going through.

'till you make it!"

Woot woot!

45 min.=P90X Back and biceps

Its kind of hilarious really, I couldn't do much but
I did what I could and YEAH I hurt today. Its the good hurt
on top of the bad hurt which doesn't balance out but
it darn should, right??

Walked for just over an hour on Monday (was away at a workshop with my management team) but don't know how far we went as we just walked fairly briskly - probably about my usual speed so guessing about 3 miles.

yesterday I went running about 3.5 miles in about 35 minutes. I didn't have my GPS with me so I don't know exactly.

Hi guys. Haven´t been here for a while.

Let´s see, I did 5000 metres in the pool last week which was good (but didn´t do anything else)
This week so far I have swum 2000 metres and today I cycled 30km. Not so bad.
The reason I haven´t been here is that I am trying to keep away from the computer. I want to see if I can waste my time elsewhere. When I turn on the PC I always seem to spend alot of time to do very little.

Today ran 4 miles in 40:35 minutes. I ran the same route as Tuesday, but today I had the GPS on my wrist. I did go a little further down the trail today.
