If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

So today is D day..and honestly I am so ready for this. Here's hoping this is the first day to getting my symtoms under control. Because honestly...I am not liking the person I've allowed myself to become during the past 3 + years.
E1 have a blessed day!

I hope D isn't for doldrums. Good luck on the fast and getting control of your symptoms!

Hi Alida. I am also starting today. I have a bag of apples and some grapes. I'll join you in your 3 day apple fast, or try my best. I didn't have any starch, I think yesterday but ate cheese and some sunflower seeds. Point is I want a clean trial and to clean things out so I'll join you. Dont want to hijack your thread, just let you know you're not alone being hungry and wondering if this is the right thing to do. I think from what I have read it is at least worth trying. - Rob

Greg...D is for DOING IT!!!
Rob...no worries don't feel hijacked...You can do this too. If you have had the time to read my introduction (cause I'm so interesting (:), I have usually eaten very low carb/starch but didn't even put 2+2 together when I increased my startchy vegs and the pain began...I'll be happy to get myself back..
goztepe2002...Thanks for the encouragement
Truly blessed to have found this site!!

Alida,
Great attitude (DOING IT!). I wish you and Rob the best of luck on the fast and NSD. Going NSD is a sign that you are able and willing to take charge of your health, and the both of you seem to be doing your research. Please stay in touch.

Failed ! Sort of had sunflower seeds, dark chocolate and coke. Still very low starch for me. I may start again tommorow. I feel a bit better in my neck, less arthritis there than normal, but it could be a normal cycle. I really wanted a totally clear trial to see what is up. Maybe apples, grapes and roast beef for a three day trial and see what's up.Good luck and let us know how you feel on the apple only plan!
(edit) thank you dotsyile. I am in that catagory. I need to buck up and try it. Quite frankly, as many of you know, one day pain free would be more than worth the sacrafice of doing the elimination diet for three days. I'd have my life back. And if it's not going to work, I need to know that do so I can make a last ditch effort at Enbrel., Im going to try again.
