If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

So, can I ask are you feeling better? Congrats by the way. I hope it works for you. Sounds like it has in the past. I will not give up, thanks. I am trying again starting tommorow. I hope you are well. The thing is, the diet doesnt work for some, so I have to be realistic. And, if for some reason it doesn't work for you hold on, there are ohter options available. Worst case senario is waiting for yet another drug to come on market for the condition. None of us want to be in that position, but hte point is, like you say, don't give up. This disease may negatively effect my life, but by the time it's over no one will be able to say I didn't give it my all. You people are heros to me for sharing your thoughts on this. It's the highest calling of a human being. It really is. To reach out and help. That is what we are here for, not money, not drugs, not sex, not cars, none of it, we are here to help each other. Peace.

I would love to tell you my pain is gone....it is not and I didn't expect it to be at this point. I do expect to do the NSD for at least 6 weeks before seeing a ratical change...my body has some healing to do..no doubt about it.
I actually slept better then I have for some time. I did have moments (1/2 hr -2) that I did not have pain and other times that seemed as bad if not worse. It seems like that was after the olive oil.
Emotioanlly...I'm scared....that it won't help, that it is going to be very bad in the long haul, since drugs and I just don't mix. Nothing has touched the pain for me in more then 3.5 yrs except 2 injections in my ischial bursitis and those just made it bearable for a bit.
This Thing has run my life for all these years...no more...I am going to do everything I can to manage it, just as I would an unruly child.

@Alida1
i also did the 3 days apple fast, with no visible benefits. but i am finding the NSD effective in controlling both my SA and my gut problems. effective does not mean "cured", it means i can have an almost normal life. i hope with will be the same for you, or even better.

I did a 3 day apple fast as well. It did nothing for me. In fact, it made me feel worse. I didn't test my apples for starch so that could've been the problem. I also did a 3-day grape fast which didn't help at all either. Both times I finished up the fast by drinking the olive oil, what a terrible experience, gag. Recently I did a 3 day fresh vegetable juice fast after watching the "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" documentary, which actually made me feel quite a bit better.
Fresh Juicer Fast - Very Good Grape Fast - Bad Apple Fast - Terrible, never again.

Hi, Dusty1:
For many years after discovering the Cayce material, I could never go three days on apples--apples MAKE ME HUNGRY! Fasting was easier.
I never knew there was any connection between AS and digestive system until the NSAIDs did their number on me and my AS was so accelerated that damage happened almost overnight--well, four years...
Once the benefits were at least more possible, I finished the full 3 days with extra olive oil to finish and had great remission that lasted many months, thanks in near total to NSD and occasional antibiotics then, but later stricter NSD (no dairy) sustained me with no symptoms for a very extended period. I used to do this at least twice a year, but have not done it now for several years as I am doing so well even on no antibiotics.
It takes a lot of discipline, but so worthwhile in the long and short run! Don't feel bad for stopping--it is a free choice You made--and You got that far, so now know what to expect except for the extended benefits and if You decide to repeat it will be easier.
Hang in there-- HEALTH, John

John, I had some questions about antibiotics. Is there a way to get a hold of you?
