good news, i was well enough to roller skate. bad news, i fractured my elbow. then had to hurry across the usa to get back to my mom, who is dying, she is letting go.
if i thought flying was hard before? broken heart, nearly broken bone, plus spondy.

Hey, Jan--

I can identify--felt so good on NSD I broke my back! Downhill from there but recent encounter with Chinese plastic chair as a step stool was just too much.

Well a warning to all--even if we 'feel' nearly normal, we are still not quite back to full-on.

I used to watch roller derby, and NO WAY would I ever skate...especially with girls! Falling down at speed on the snow or water was more than enough for me...
