If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I went NSD without doing the apple fast. I still got good results. My biggest problem was finding all the sources of starch in my diet. Most processed foods have some type of starch added.

Is there a number of apples per day? Or do you just eat as many as u need to get through.can you use apple juice as well. Tea/ coffee or just apple? Sorry haven't been able to find the info here. Still new and learning my way around.. It's 3:30 am and in despair because I can't help settle my little one for my wife

As I mentioned I failed. I felt too badly and let myself get comfort food. The worst now, McDonalds, etc. Here is the point, I am starting over tommorrow. But what I really want to say is this. When you want starchy food, it seems like it will make everything ok. Truth is, it's enjoyable for a moment, then you just want more. This kind of fundamental change is hard. I am trying again tommorow, to get a clean trial and see if the NSD will work for me. But For Ailda, the op, be aware and keep going , the starch meal you crave isn't that great to start with. There are plenty of nourishing , non starch foods to choose from if this end up working- I pray it works for you.

ps dusty, I pray it works for you as well. give it a clean trial. It doesnt work for some, for others it does, I think it's well worth it at 100xs the discomfort if we can make it fly. Id have my life back. Starchy food was a part of that life, but not a big part. If this works I am going to make it my business to thank everyone involved with this forum for saving my life. Good luck

Ok....day three the end...in MHO...the olive oil was nasty...everything else easy. Sticking with this..and if I do eat something (no plan to) i'll get back on.
Robert44..crazy as it sounds the thing I craved was cucumber with tuna on it. But see I know I feel better eating low carb..I've done it in the past w/ wanting to lose weight...now I feel I have to in order not to feel this way. Trial and error. But as a very dear friend told me
"don't give up. don't ever give up!" Lenny
