Today's running adventure: 7.38 miles 1 hour 13 minutes. I didn't think I would be going that far when I first started, my right leg was not hitting correctly. After about a 1/2 mile it got in line, and worked for the rest of the run. It was cold to start this morning. I was to hot at the end, I had to many layers on.

today, walked 1.5 miles, 30 minutesthough it was getting dark, had a nice walk, it was warmish (55) and walked with hubby, which always makes the time fly by

I swam for about 40 minutes today. No clue how far. For some reason I kept losing count. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Go TEAM!

thanks erica, its been so unseasonally warm this fall, taking advantage of it before the cold and snow gets here. it was nice to take a bit of a break from the cooking and get outside. but yes, do think i'm addicted to walking. as you seem addicted to swimming, and orch to running, etc
