I have had just a bit of back pain recently but have upped my swimming and stopped picking up my son so often and it has worked out nicely I reckon. _________________________

I needed it, my back wouldn´t let me walk very well for about an hour this morning. I have been slacking lately and recently my back has been telling me about it. _________________________
