when you walk 5-10 minutes in one direction for a taco for lunch, change your mind most of the way there and decide its more of a soup day, walk back to your building (5-10 minutes) and then another 5-10 minutes to the soup place, and then take the soup back to your building for a meeting;

you can walk 30 minutes (~1 mile) just to go grab some lunch.

good soup btw: seafood / sausage gumbo cheerleader

i'll take this unseasonably warm weather any day! won't have too many more days like this much longer.

Ran 3.2 miles in 31:36. I should have run further, but I volunteered to be a timer at my son's swim meet.
