They close the roads for you to run? crazy2 isn't it fun watching your kids compete? clap

Yesterday, I went to the gym and did 20km in 31.40 minutes on the bike and 5km in 36 minutes jogging. Then went to the jacuzzi and got a headache later. Maybe connected maybe not. I will try to repeat tomorrow and find out.

Today I swam 1/4 mile and walked 1 mile.

SI is still mad about our walk-before-swim routine yesterday. ohwell

Yesterday I did something stupid. Sat for 3 straight hours and then attempted to walk 2 miles to the pool. WRONGO MOOSEFACE! shocked

Got 1/2 way there when the SI said WTHeck do you think you're doing? I slowed down and limped around blockbuster for a few. That didn't work, so I took some Meds, and when the mind was able to make the body move again - I limped to the pool and swam.

I keep wondering when my wisdom will win over my self-will... no

Go TEAM! clap

As a few of knew my Dad and my biological father has serious health issues the last couple of months. Sadly, my stepDad Sergio passed away on Sunday night. He took a turn for the worse and I was there to say my farewell until we meet again one day. It was incredibly heartbreaking and I am at a loss of where or what to do. I am trying to take it day by day. Arthur's work shuttled him back into town the next Morning thankfully. He has been an amazing person to lean on in my deepest sorrow. I went to class last night to clear my head. It was unsuccessful but it's done.
Everyone is doing so great...go team go! luv buggy

so sorry to hear about your stepdad. heart

my stepfather is my "dad" too.

good to take it one day at a time. hubby still misses his parents but it does get easier as the years go by. holidays are probably the hardest. good times, good memories made.
