awe sue...thanks...i wish i could do 1/4 of Lath's amazing work! my yard is super small. but i'm happy to report that my yellow bells and orange bells aka esperanzas and pride of barbados are HUGE. they are STILL blooming..texas weather..they love the heat! rainbow they are about 6 1/2 feet-7 ft high now! I moved my little patio table closer to the front and the yellow bells hang over the umbrella and it looks sooo pretty. will take pics this weekend! heart

also it is arthur's way of keeping an extra sharp eagle eye on gianna and her little boyfriend when they hang out. lol. in between the security checks! lol laugh2

Thursday stats:
Krav CB: 60 min.
I was really dragging. Costochondritis is FULL blown now. Another cool front is coming through saturday so I think thats why. Been stretching alot but that burning feeling is insane. Going to bed at 1030 with a soma to help and STILL dragging super stiff in the mornings. Worse than usual. Walker and cane are utterly useless for rib and thoracic pain. no But class is done and I'm glad. I feel my inner "chi" stronger again. laugh2
GO TEAM!! cheerleader cheerleader

Wednesday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes)
Thursday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes)

I almost went for a jog just to see if I could do it and to give Orch some competition. But, I had a glass of wine instead. I have been feeling so good lately...I actually mean before the glass of wine...that I wanted to give jogging a try. Maybe this weekend...

yes sue...sadly my hands are still a wreck. i do NOT want a steroid shot there. the one in my big toe last year was traumatic enough thank u very much! laugh2

i've never had tendonitis...just super stiff hands. no muscle tightening. just feels super stiff and they are red at the knuckles when i wake up for about 1/2 hour or at night when i wake up to get a drink of water. they feel like someone is stabbing the little joints with an ice pick. sharp sharp pain. just like my thoracic. dreadful. thankfully my feet have been okay...touch wood! wink for now its the hands, thoracic and costochondritis in FULL force in my face. pretty sad when your little ones are up before you are getting ready for school. they love breakfast tacos so i make them the night before and wrap them up and voila...warm them up in the morning and it makes it much easier on the days i'm super dragging. which is NOW! laugh2 and every other day. laugh2

such is the life of a bug with a spondy monster trying to kick her down every day...bug's not staying down without a fight. wink2
