Erica,
Isn't it interesting how we can learn from the most unsuspecting people if we just take the time..
still walking 30 minutes a day.

It is raining in Geillette, Wyoming...we sure need it.

Walked yesterday - 2.5 miles in 40 minutes. My hip is feeling a bit better so I might try the gym again this weekend. I was afraid to risk it last week.

It seems that while upping our exercise we are also upping our wisdom about what our bodies can endure. At least this is true for me!

On saturday I swam 1000metres today Monday I did 1500metres. Nothing more to report fitness wise except that I hope to go again on Wednesday.
Lost my major wage earning job the other week which is not great. I have walked into quite alot of work without contract which is good and bad, but hey this is much better than no work.
We lost our jobs in an illegal fashion (rather we were employed illegally) so we have a nice long legal battle on our hands. My health and that of my immediate family is great so all in all things are very good.

There is one thing: the flux is stressing me out a bit and my best remedy is slowly swimming up and down the pool. Long may exercise be one of my major forms of comfort and not the opposite.

Today's run 3.12 miles in 30:03 minutes. That included stopping to talk to a friend who had surgery a few weeks ago. I stopped for less than a minute.
