There are many quack products and mad schemes out there, especially in the alternative health field where people are more susceptible than usual. My favourite scam is homeopathy because the defenders say just what you mentioned, in that science hasn't figured out how it works "but it certainly does". Things like that make me really mad because all they are doing is sucking money out of peoples' wallets and not giving back anything except false hope.
Anytime I see a product that claims to cure/fix hundreds of maladies from hangnails to cancer I get extremely suspicious.

I have been taking noplalea the last few weeks. They will refund your money, minus shipping, if it doesn't help your pain. I had to try it, I'll come back in a few weeks when the inital 7 week trial period is over and post if it has helped me.

My sweet mother in law wanted to buy it for me on so many different occasions that I finally bought some so I can tell her if it works or not. Nice of her to think of me. She wants to buy me something called Austrailian Dream, I think its a cream for sore joints.

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.

I tried many bottles of the stuff. I did not notice a significant difference at all. I might have has less flare up days, but it could have been coincidence.

Nopalea did not work for me, I think it is for mild pain, like something that has not been diagnosed. They gave me my money back and were always polite on the phone.
