If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today's run 3.1 miles on the elliptical, 29 minutes.
It is raining here so I stayed inside. I am signed up to run a 10K on the 15th.

Awwww... I just went back and read the first few pages of our team when it was a baby team. At first we were just swimming. Then walking. Then pole-vaulting. WHAT!?!? Ha. Just seeing if you were paying attention. This "TEAM" is all about moving. Everything counts! If you haven't already logged in your sport/activity and times here, please do! We even have a team cheerleader.

Monday stats: Krav bag: 60 min Wednesday: KM II Phase b: 150 minutes By far the most strenous km2 class to date. I thought to myself "Why am I doing this?! Am I nuts?" But I realized if I dont do it now, I'll never do it. I dont want any regrets later in life of what if? could of? should of! AS has been giving me a really rough time. I've got to look up a rheumy today. Ol' man winter will be here before you know it and I dont want to be flat out through all of it. Take care everyone...go team go!

Thank you Erika... My papa is stable. My biological father suffered a stroke this week. He had called me and I called him back. he said he wasnt feeling well. I thought he was coming down with bronchitis as he does this time of year like I do. Then he called me back and I just drove over there. He had a brain mri done and looks like a stroke. My parents divorced when I was 6 so my papa Sergio raised us as his own. He's an amazing dad. My biological father was a workaholic and not around as often as we'd like. Nonetheless, he has been an excellent grandfather to my children. They adore him. Im taking him to a cardiologist this coming Tuesday. Its at the heart hospital right up the street from where I live. I'm hoping and praying...I need these men in my life...I love them with all my heart. They shaped me into who I am today...along with my momma of course..
