If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

P.S I did a walk on Friday last week about 15km on a route called ´Path of the Volcanos´ on the island of La Palma in the Canaries. Quite spectacular. Sorry I am not the best with photos.
Good job! Green with envy!

I got up at 4:00 am and caught the bus to the starting line. I started the race running with the 4:15 pace guy. That was good until about mile 11. I had to stop to use the bathroom. I caught back up about a mile later, but then it started getting hot, and I was having problems. At mile 17 I started having spasms in my right leg. I was thinking about dropping out at mile 18. I decided to go until at least 20. I called my wife to tell her I needed spasm medication. After i got to mile 20 I decided it was just 6 more miles, and continued on. My son meet me at mile 22.5 with medication, then he ran a 1/2 mile with me. It was the hardest race I have ever run because of the heat, and heat and MS don't get along. It took almost 5.5 hour to finish, but I kept going, and finished. I almost fell over after I finished I sat in the shade for 5 minutes. I think my legs were saying I took you 26.2 miles mow I am done.
That is my endurance story. I have some pictures I will post a link when I get them uploaded.

It would have taken me 5.5 DAYS to finish, not hours. Good job! I'm SO excited for you that you finished! Now for that recliner... ??

Sat: Krav bag: 30 min -had to leave for A/C repair appointment Mon: Krav bag: 60 min. Trying to keep focused on bag to relieve stress. My dad has been battling a nasty cellulitis infection. Sadly, my stepmother failed to notify me. Never mind the countless blocked calls when I attempt to call my Dad or drop by. I fell apart this weekend when I found out they were amputating his left leg up to his thigh. I did get to visit with him. Its heartbreaking to see such a kind, spirited loving man in so much pain. He's always been so active. I pray he recovers well. Go team go...

lady, sorry that your step mom is so ornery.... no excuse.. your daddy knows you love him, I'm sure!!!
2 morning of 40 minutes of brisk walk
50 minutes of exercise machines and weights.
I came, I saw, I sweat, I walked, I pushed, I pulled, I grunted and I drank lots of water. My knees are killing me. but in an odd sort of way, I do feel much better....
