i took my camera and kinda walked, took lots of photos. a good day for photos. color just starting to take off. What a good idea. I love photos! Sharing? I'm sure right now you're sleeping and your food is magically getting better right now.

when i had a lot of trouble walking several years ago (figured out later it was bad edema from a medication i was on, went away when i stopped the med), that's when i started the photography. it allowed me to walk, but slowed me down, so that i could walk without getting frustrated at the pace.
as for photos, i'll have to go back and find the directions from dow on how to get them here. though with all the school work right now, probably a break project.

Today's run 2.51 miles in 23:08 minutes. I am in full taper mode now getting ready for the marathon. Just trying to keep my legs muscles loose.

No walking yesterday - we had a wild storm and lost our power in the morning. Didn't get it back until today.
Wow - a little early in the season... Glad you didn't get blown away!

walking every morning 30 minutes Yesterday at the rec. C I did 30 minutes of walking against the current.... later used the floates for shoulder exercise, kicked on the side of the pool... swam a few laps.. all in all I did ok.
