If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yesterday I got out of bed to go running at 5:00am. I didn't want to get up that early, but one of the guys I run with had to be back for his daughter's soccer game. We were to start running at 5:30am. It was raining big drops outside. Both guys I was going to run with texted me to say they were not going. I went back to bed thinking I would try again at 6:30 when i will not be in the dark for long. I didn't wake up until after 7:00, but it was no longer raining. I didn't hit the road until after 8:00. Now I didn't have time for the planned 12 mile run. I ran 8.55 miles in 1 hour and 22 minutes. I will need to make up the missed miles this week. Yes, it's too bad we don't have a "cracking the whip" icon here.

tooth implant implanted on friday. a lot of pressure pain on friday, tiny space that they had to fit into, but they did it. but don't let anyone tell you it doesn't hurt. tramadol maybe took the edge off the pain. the zanaflex every 6 hours allowed me to conk out. the pain is dissipating more quickly than after the tooth extraction / bone grafting.
but yesterday, the SI "tweaked" and now dealing with that. lots of ice! so no exercise til I can walk again without looking like Igor.

Today walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes - lovely weather, sunny with slight breeze. Awesome. Woohoo!

...looks at this thread that is. I wonder how we're doing on actual distance & time? Anyone know how Tinkerbell is? Where she is? I have admittedly been out of the loop on and of for quite a little while. Today - noodled for 45 minutes w/ kids 3, 6, 8, and of course their mama - my niece who is a youngish 41. Yesterday I swam 1,000yds but didn't keep time. And I may have already said so... middle age brain has bogged me down this week.

hello friends! Monday stats: Krav cb: 60 min. Took an earlier class thankfully! On the bright side we celebrated Sofia's birthday with 3 of her best buddies...so much squealing, chitter chattering and goodies! She was so so happy and appreciative! Cant believe my baby bug is 11 today!! Father time never slows down does it? GG was happy having helped blow up loads of balloons and decorating for Sofie's little soiree! lol Now I sign off to watch 2 1/2 men! Gonna miss Charlie Sheen...crazy he is..but I loved him on that show! Gooo team!! Hope you feel better Sue with the implant!
