every time i see "noodling" as a sport, i have to smile Well, noodling for me is either dangling while holding on to a noodle, or exercising my legs while holiding on to a noodle, or treading water with no noodle at all. It's more of an activity than a sport per se. But it does get the kinks out somehow on the days when I hurt too much (or am flaring) to swim laps.

I have hypermobility issues in joints and my neck started "dislocating" again, and I realized as I did abs today that THAT is what strengthens my neck and prevents that from happening. Baby steps, I'll get it back.

Tomorrow I'm probably going to regret today, but today ~ I walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes to the University pool Then I swam 1,000 yds in 35 minutesTHEN this evening I played "catch me again" in the pool with my 4 yrs old grandnephew for almost an hour ~ and am now having a bit of a difficult time typing. Go TEAM! Uff...

60 minutes of aerobics, weights and stretching yesterday.
90 minutes of mowing my lawn in 98 degree weather.
I'm thinking the heat kind of threw me into a flare within a flare. Grrrrreat!

Thanks Erica - it's great excercise - very low impact, works up a sweat quickly and burns a lot of calories - about 100 cals every 10 minutes!

played hooky from work today, so got to take a walk with hubby in the field across the street. that was good as the walking at work on the hard surfaces was doing my feet in. walked 1.5 miles, 40 minutes. nice dramatic clouds too
