Good job everyone!  Way to keep moving!  8/23 noodled in the pool for 45 minutes. 8/22 swam 1,000 yds in 28 minutes. 8/21 swam 1,000 yds in 31 minutes. Go TEAM!

Ran 10.12 miles this morning in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I did take a lite with me. and had it on for the first 5 miles of the run. My right ankle kept cramping up on me, hope it works better on Saturday.

Donette, I have been in those huge flares, but thorugh the years, have slowly gotten back in shape. But after nearly 50 years of this crap, I have lots a lot. But the physical workout is good for us mentally. I walked some huge hills at the lake. I have also walked at home every morning for 3o minutes.!!!

my friend with osteo of the knees can't walk very fast, but was thankful i dragged her out.
