Cindy, my dear friend.
I just passed on a set of injections for tomorrow.

I was hoping to hunt in the woods in september for a week and then see if I can get my fusion. When he is done, I will have 6 fused, so I am a bit worried about that....
Lin said that it will probably mean the end of my working....

Tell me about your situation??
Where is your pain?

How are you feeling? I read some of your responces, but I lack the time to post, and I just can not sit that much..

thanks sue

don't worry about writing, just do what you can, when you can hugss

i'll pray for you to get some relief soon. heart

please pray for me too. my ribs are acting up again, lodging themselves under my shoulder blade. its been a really rough week. the week before it was my SI joint. i'll get through it. but you're right, it gets harder and harder, the longer it goes on. but hoping new rheumy will give me a miracle drug, could use a miracle right about now. but that's the pain talking. just need to get through this spell. at least my flares don't last on and on anymore, not like what you've had to endure lately.

prayers for all of us heart

Sue,
The way you described your pain under your shoulder, seems really familiar. never knew what it was. I gripe a lot, but I was able to get on my Harley and ride to work. I can get on my knees and look for tomatoes..

The injections help for a while, but something always gets much worse... It may be from a bit more exercise????? Once my leg pain was better, then my foot started throbbing!!!!

But I am almost at a loss for picking up my grand daughter off the floor, when she has been in her activity center.

Thanks Sue,

Donette,
How nice of you to ask.
I did the 30 minute walk with Lin, my back was very tight and the leg pain is nearly unbearable, but I just kept walking..

How was your last treatment at the mine?
Will you do it again?

The Sturgis rally is on, thousands of Harley riders from all over the world are in this area. All kinds of people are driivng thorugh Gillette. My little sporster looks like a toy compared to the big hogs!!!!

I have to stop frequently while walking and bend over to stretch my back. Mine does the same thing. You are a trooper to keep it up for 30 minutes. Whew.

I have been flaring hard since leaving the mine. I felt awesome the 2 days after I got home, but then it hit hard. They say 8-12 weeks of flare and then boom, remission. I had a 5 week remission the first time. I've been home for 9 weeks now. I kind of think the only thing that is ever going to help me is learning to control what I put in my mouth. ahhhhhh. the lessons of life. i wake up each day and start the diet over, i do pretty well most of the time. i did eat a cupcake or two this week over my birthday. maybe i should learn how to make a chicken and lettuce cupcake! lol.

I would love to see those harleys! love the sound of a group of them rumbling past. my son loves it too. he has a harley bed spread and I made him some flame curtains to match.

Take Care,
Donette

p.s. i guess it depends on if I get some results out of the mine this time. i may go back. it is nice and relaxing there. and the treatment does seem to do good things.
