Hi Team!

NYC is such fun, and my niece is better and having a great weekend with friends, but I'm GLAD TO BE HOME!

My walking continued daily while I was there, and I got a couple more short swims in before we left.

Today I walked a mile and noodled in the pool for 1/2 an hour.

Good job everyone! cheerleader

Go TEAM! clap

yesterday walked 2 miles, 40 minutes.

waited til sunset as yesterday was downright HOT!

but walking at dusk is always pleasant at the end of a hot day.

the birds were very vocal yesterday evening.

Another hour on the bike today. The same circuit.
I have the day off work tomorrow. The aim is to get to the pool.

Hi Team! grin

Today I walked 5/8 of a mile VERY slowly and noodled in the pool for 25 minutes. After swimming at sea level... actually, probably below sea level due to being in the 3rd down basement at Midtown Bally's in NYC... the water here feels like pudding.

Good job everyone! 1cup

Go TEAM! clap

Today's run 3.8 miles 36:34 minutes.
Lon: Moving around, even slowly is good.
Good Job Erica, Fergus, and everyone doing what they can do.

I went to a Luau last night. Some people my wife works with put it on. It was fun, with to much food.
