Saturday I ran a 5k, it took about 29 minutes I didn't get the official time. Today I ran 6.31 miles in 1 hour and 2 minutes. I am getting worried that I am not getting enough miles in to be ready for the marathon, but life is busy.

hi erika,

what a lovely way to celebrate your daughter's birthday heart

and thanks from me to you as well,
there are days i might not walk if not for this post, it keeps me going when i don't feel like it. hugss

yesterday at dusk, walked 1 mile in 30 minutes. had a migraine all day which made my whole body extra sensitive, so really didn't feel like walking, but knew it would help a bit, and it did. so thanks for the motivation.

did a bunch of stretching and "massaging" with the lacrosse ball too. no idea how long, but a while, longer than usual. needed it.

Ok, I´m back from the hols which is bad news but we had a great time which makes up for it.
I swam 3 times in the 1st week and climbed a mountain in the 2nd. Well I walked up a steep hill if the truth be told but the former has a nicer air to it.
This evening I got on the exercise bike for 40km in 1hour and 1 minute. Back to the grind stone.
Having said that, nice to talk to you all

To make up for not walking yesterday, walked 3.1 miles today in 1 hour, 10 mins. A bit slower than my normal speed because I had my six year old granddaughter with me for part of it. Then she and her parents went off for a bike ride and I walked the rest of the way home on my own.

Hi TEAM! cheerleader

Today I swam 1,100 yds in 40 minutes. I hadn't been able to get to the pool since last Friday, so it really felt GOOD! yes

Go TEAM! clap

Today I got up at 5:00 am to make my long run. I will not be able to run on Saturday. I ran 15 miles 2 hours and 40 minutes. The last 2 miles were very slow. I almost took a short cut home, that would have cut a mile off. In the end I toughed it out and made my goal of 15 miles.

walked 1,000 miles. just kidding.

Maybe only 640.
