Thanks Tommy! Working hard to improve - it's a slow process compared to when I was young and didn't have RA!

Today's run 10.19 miles up and down American Fork canyon. Time 1 hour and 48 minutes. For football fans I saw Chad Lewis running in the canyon. He played for phillidelpkia eagles before he retired.

hadn't walked for the last few days, partly very busy, partly way too hot, so was looking forward to a nice long walk this evening.

but while in the kitchen cooking in the late afternoon, i slid on one of mookies bottle caps on the floor and BOOM! down i went! THUD! on both knees. on the hard oak floor. thankfully we don't have something like slate, ceramic, etc. thankfully i think they're only bruised. but hubby thought it best for me not to walk too much til tomorrow in case. have been icing them and think i got very lucky.

also landed on my left wrist in the cabinet that was open. thank goodness it was open! if i had done it while the ligament was torn in it a few years ago, it would've been bad news. left elbow, shoulder that i screwed up earlier in the week from lifting my bag out of the back seat of the car, and SI only a little worse. yes, got off lucky, i think, but will know better tomorrow.

it was a quite spectacular fall! hubby thinks it registered on the seismographs
with a fall like that, anyone wouldn't gotten hurt. not just us delicate flowers smile

oh Sue! I'm so glad you are alright. I'm 36 and it is my biggest fear to fall. (Me and my grandma have wayyyyyyyyyyy too much in common!) I'm so screwed up I'm not sure I would have survived it! Had i fallen on my knees...they would have split open like watermelons and I would have drown in my own juice!

Hugs to you my friend. I hope you are OK tomorrow! I bet it scared your hubby to death when he heard that!
