Ingredients-
EXTRA SHARP cheddar cheese brick (I use Kraft..says lactose free and zero carbs..)(okay sometimes..)
ORGANIC unsweeteened COCONUT SHREDS container(found in refrigerated section by dry fruit..nuts..etc..MUCH BETTER than what I've previously gotten in regular/not cooled section/aisles.)

1) Take shredder/grater and shred half cup of cheese(or amount desired)
2) Put cheese in small bowl. Add half cup of coconut shreds(or amount desired)
3) Gently mix and ENJOY with spoon like mac n cheese:)
