If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Okay Mr. Macho, one of these days you're going to have to measure your pool! OK, it's only a whopping 18 feet But I DO only count back and forth as one lap... WOOP WOOP!! That's a mile and a half!! You're swimming on my husband's team! Good job!

Ok - same conclusion as me! Wow! I'm impressed.
I thought Americans used miles and only Canadians used km - that's why I calculated it in miles for you not in km. SNORT! USA's official measurement system is metric... but do you see it anywere? Nope.

Ok first day this week at the gym. Yes I know the week is almost over. Did 11 km on the bike in +/- 20 mins and then I jogged 4.29 km in 30 mins. As Orch has for the 1st time written his distance in a legible language i.e. kilometres, I can see that I am moving much slower than he is. Orch, please return to the illegible language i.e. miles and I can go back to my illusion that I am not so slow. Thank you
I haven`t forgotten about my sonīs photo, I am just a bit busy at work at the mo. I will return to miles until I run another race. We use miles here, but all races are in kilometers. I ran that same race 15 years ago in about 22 minutes. I try not to worry about being slow, it is good just to be able to do it.

looks like I gotta recalculate those totals, Marsha just told me that our pool is a little bigger than I thought, 18 feet is the WIDTH not the length, the lap length is actually 28 feet-- oops
