If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ran 10.0 miles this morning took 1 hour 38 minutes. Today I ran with three other guys. It helps keep the pace to have others to push you on.

Yesterday I swam 700 meters and noodled around in the pool for an hour with my grandsons. Today I swam 1,000 yds (in a weird 33 yd pool) and then played with my grandsons and my 7 little great nieces & nephews for the rest of the morning. Too fun!

this evening, walked, ~1.5 miles, ~35 minutes.........
hamstring tendons still a bit inflamed, just from a half hour of walking on concrete at the university the other day. the chiro did some A.R.T. on them and that is helping them recover a little faster, that and my LDN. when the chiro worked on them, my IT band was so tight.......
i think there's now beavers in the pond closer to the road and the farmer tried to clear the brush around the pond, but now the dirt road between the pond and the stream is awfully narrow, think they messed up.
they planted some sort of grain, oats i think, so soon the field will be turning a pretty golden color.
