If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi there and welcome to kickas. I can't help you with your question as I'm not on any biologics, but I can tell you you have come to the right place. I do hope you stay and get to know the group.

Hi others have said, don't be surprised if your DX goes back and forth a bit...but you should know that not all PsA patients present with psoriais. I'm sure that your rheumy saw the distinct radiographic evidence that lead to your diagnosis...all of the spondies present unique and different radiographic images and radiographic evidence is the criteria used for diagnosis and the prescribing of biologic drugs...also each spondy has the potential to affect the organs and which organs are affected depends on which of the spondies one has, so it's very important to differentiate between them, also PsA and AS are both HLA-B27 diseases and while you can have some fusion with PsA, AS is considered to be the spondy that specifically targets the spine...I know it seems like a lot to take in all at once but just take your time and know that we're here for you... hugss

Thanks to everyone who's welcomed me or gave me answers and support it really does help.

I know now that the agony i am in with my back and hips is a flare of AS as I ended up in A&E yesturday.
The pain was unlike any flare that i've had before (so i thought it was the injection) I also take Arcoxia and was taking paracetamol too then the dr gave me co-codamol. I had a serious reaction to the codine and ended up in the hospital, it was so scarey my little boy was so scared we was in the house alone at the time.
But atleast when they sorted me out they did bloods and said i wasn't reacting to the injection of Humira only the tablets. This put my mind at ease for when i do my next injection at home by myself at least now i know i'll be ok.

Thankgod because i or my son don't want to go through that again.

Thanks for the advice of going in the stomach next time i think i will try it.

I'm so glad you went into emerg and got checked out. At least now you know fore sure what's been causing this. Your poor son must have been beside himself! Give each other a gentle hug.
