I have been thinking Moab would be fun, we could all do a river trip when the river calms down a little.

My neurologist gave me an RX for a drug they use for Parkinson's, but in a lower dose. It does the job on my leg spasms, but now I depend on the drug to control the RLS. If I don't take it one night my legs are jumping all over the place.

I walked my regular 2.5 miles in 40 minutes.

I'm also counting my steps again - made it to 10,440 today.

ok, swam 2100 metres in just under an hour. I have been in the gym much more recently and not so much in the pool. The pool is better for me and I love it. I hope I can find a happy medium. Try to keep you posted.

Wow, imagine counting your steps. how is this possible?

Walked 2.5 miles again today - I have a route I follow which includes one steep hill - that's why it's such a consistent distance.

Got my steps up to 13,677 today.
