If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today's run 11 miles in 1 hour and 54 minutes. Very slow, but I rolled my ankle at mile 5, I then walked about a 1/4 mile until my ankle was ready to go again.

Ok, I think I can now safely say that you're ADDICTED to running! If the ankle rolling had happened to me, I would have called my husband to come pick me up. I'm such a sissy about being hurt anymore. You win. Here's a song tribute to your tenacity. Nobody be offended, it's just my 80's disco showing.

walked, 1.5 miles, 30 minutes......
seems like if i just stick to my 1.5 miles, 30 minutes, my shins don't act up, better than pushing it like the other weekend, then being out of commission for a week plus.
then recleared the weeds from my herb garden so maybe i can finally get the new herbs in the ground. so much easier this year, chiro and new drugs really making a difference, though depending on liver, may have to give up drugs, certainly hope not, hate going backwards, but if i do, i do, i know others have had to.
only found 1 slug, 1 spider, and 1 worm, nothing else too creepy crawly! i wear gloves just in case; when we lived in virginia, black widows liked hiding in the garden; definitely don't want to be bitten by something like that!

Good job! I have to admit, I hate bugs and spray the perimeter of my doors and windows with poison... but in the garden I leave them alone. We planted 4 whiskey barrels in our condo walkway today. Tomatoes, jalapenos, cucumbers, squash, honeydew, and watermelon. I have a feeling it's going to look a bit wild in a few weeks. Oh well....

Today the pool was long course. I love that because I don't have to turn as much. I swam 1,500 meters in 45 minutes. For some reason swimming the long course is just easier on my. Maybe not having to kick off from the end???

no spray for us anywhere, for one thing we'd worry about mookie. we put bait traps out for the ants, that's about it, as they get to be a nuisance in the house in the spring if we're not vigilant.
your garden sounds yummy! my hubby puts in the veggies each year and we have a nice stand of strawberry plants, tons of raspberry and blackberry bushes, hardy kiwi (they're awesome for anyone living up north!), a few cherry trees around, and a peach tree that the honeybees always seem to get to before the peaches are ripe enough for us, oh well, LOL! the bees gotta eat too!
