If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

thanks lon i'll pray for you too, that you heal soon and well! hope you heal up from this burn as soon as you can. 80 inches! 3rd degree! when i set my finger on fire with flaming ethanol (don't worry, it was in the lab! no exotic shots or anything!), it was just my finger and just second degree and that hurt, so can only imagine! think one of the most important things is to keep it from getting infected. as not nice as they were, make sure you do have a doctor overseeing it til its better. burns can be pretty serious medical issues, but you already know that i'm sure.

OK Lon, this game of one-upmanship between you, Brad, and John is getting a bit extreme don't you agree?? You all need to stop this extreme living now before someone gets even more seriously injured.
And due to your strained pedigree (is that an AKC pedigree?) here a reminder: one-upmanship: the art or practice of outdoing or keeping one jump ahead of a friend or competitor.
Are these stunts an art or a practice???? So are all the pills you got for the burn or the neck? Are these conditions related? Your post leaves more questions than answers & must say I'm stumpped. Regardless I wish you a speedy careful recovery! No speeding, no boiling water, and no climbing on plastic chairs please!

Dear Snow, It is with a heavy heart that I make my first perusal of this post. Being such a dear friend, you should know by now, that long ago I was able to step away from the chatter and comparison of young boy small man hubris. Yet, I must say that you did get out a light feather and tickled my funny bone! No competition here. I will let those mighty fine men be who they are, and I will stay within the confines of being me. thanks for the post, I am very sore, I guess the burns will be here for a month or .... My neck is better. the nine meds were for the stiffness, pain and one for the burn. silver something
We got one inch of very wet icy snow!
Thnaks for the note..
Lon

Lon, How is your burn healing up on this Good Friday ? When I was about 10 years old, my friend spilled boiling water on my thigh right before we were ready to leave for Big Bear Mountain for some fun in the snow, instead I got a trip to the dr's. They kept questioning me to make sure my mom didn't burn me. Well I hope you are healing up nicely, have a Happy Easter. Take care.

Lon, I vote you go to Rapid City and a larger Hospital. It doesn't sound like you are getting the proper care. I will keep praying for you.

I'll add my vote for a larger hospital. You need to be where someone may have heard of AS and DISH. (silver sulfadiazine cream?--good stuff, will help you avoid infection in the burn )

Sheri, interesting how our memory works. I am still very sore, in the E.R. with a bulging disk in my neck twice, but all in all ok. My burn is better, but very sore. I have about 5 spots that are still open... I seem to be getting ointment and scab on my good clothes.... Thanks for asking How are you? Indeed, He has risen.
