hello sporting ka friends! sorry i have been out..  i have been trying to stay positive, but it's been a bit much. hubby was laid off the week before last. he was crushed. ... we took the kids to the king williams fair this weekend to clear their minds. my aunt and uncle came in from houston to visit my uncle and we got to sit on my uncle's amazing harley davidson bike!  cheered us all up! i'll post pics later! i'm sad but i am keeping the chin up and keeping my faith strong. your pal buggy..  (((BUGGY-HUGS))) . I am so sorry about your husband losing his job and your sweet uncle.

...he broke down on the front porch for an hour mid morning..i didnt realize he was home. then he came in and told me. I'm about the same age and I can soooo relate to your husband. I've thought about this possiblity myself and the hardest thing would be facing my family. BUG-HUG that guy. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I've missed all you guys. I've been absent...really busy with work. But I'm still moving...even walked around Yosemite last weekend. I'll get caught up this weekend with the stats...my pedometer keeps a record.

has it been rainy there? We've had nothing but clouds and rain here in western CO all week so far.
It has been very rainy here. They are having flooding problems already, and we still have snow to come down from the mountain.

Todays run 11.51 miles 2 hours and 15 seconds. I was very slow, but kept going.

It has been very rainy here. They are having flooding problems already, and we still have snow to come down from the mountain. STILL RAINING! I'm going down to the river tomorrow and see how high it is. There's a nice rafting pull out where my niece and I go walking on Sunday evenings.

Yesterday I swam 1,000 yds in about 35 minutes, but then slept the rest of the day. Today I just couldn't talk myself into the pool no matter how hard I tried. I got an ice cream cone instead. The sinus crud I had seems to be on the way out though.
