Have any of you tried magnesium oil to rub on sore muscles? It sounds good, I haven't heard of it until this week. I don't take many supplements, but I heard prednisone can deplete magnesium in the body.

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.

I use it for general supplementation. I like it. You can find it cheap here if you'd like to try it.

Yeah, I think other on line retailers sell them in larger quantities and is quite some cost in comparison. This might provide an economical way to test it out. I spray it on every night before bed. I use quite some magnesium and in multiple forms, but I have used this in isolation and found it helpful.
