Today's run 9.25 miles in 1 hour and 34 minutes. Heading to Portland next week, we will see if I can put in some miles there.

Yesterday, walked along the canal, catching up with an old friend:

distance?

time? ~45 minutes

it was nice, it poured, it was nice again.
we ducked under a covered shops porch.
then after the rain, the sun came out and we watched it set,
very pretty.

Today: walked the halls with a colleague tonight

distance?

time: ~1 hour

Hi Team! grin

Sorry I've been gone for a week. I have no good excuse, just slacking off on checking in with my times and distance. blush

So, since my last post I've swum/swam(?) laps 2x and noodled 2x, though most of the noodling was playing with kids. yes

Tomorrow I plan to swim laps, but.... well, check back later. devil2

GO TEAM!!! clap

Dow! It worked! I got right into the pool!!!

Today I swam 1,000 yds
Yesterday my hubby and I attended a balloon release at a ranch up on top of the red cliff country about 30 minutes drive. It was amazing.
Day before that I swam 1,000 meters.
And now that university pool is open again. cheerleader Yay!

Go TEAM! clap Good job everyone! 1cup

On vacation in Oregon/Washington. Saturday I made a 5 mile run in Seaside. Today ran about 2 miles in Washington, near Amboy. We also hiked thru the Ape caves at the base of Mount St Helens.
