If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ah, what a beautiful day! Not too hot, not too cool, not too humid.
Went to a summer festival right down the street. Hubby had to have his fried oreos; they are good! A few good artisans, one who knows us now cause I keep buying his stuff; a wood carver, does mostly animals.
Walking to and from parking to it ~1 mile total, 20 minutes total.
Then a walk once home cause between the fried oreos, lemonade, and dinner from the BarBQ place, was feeling the carbs and had to walk them off:
another mile, 20 minutes.
yeh, this blood sugar thing is less and less forgiving over time.
but truly if i stick to proteins and veggies and just a small amount of fruit, i feel fine. today was just a reminder that what i normally do day to day makes a huge difference. but we all cheat now and then. The food was tasty!

Yesterdays run 8.19 miles in1 hour 20 minutes. I was going to run up the canyon, but they had a 1/2 marathon running down the canyon. The canyon was closed for that. I then had to run around the valley. It was a bit hotter, but we did have a breeze.

Another walk. 1 mile, 20 minutes.
The most interesting clouds; but my camera was full, so had to just enjoy it. Like a sea of a thousand little puff balls; so hard to explain. But incredible. don't think i've seen anything quite like it in all my years.
with the sun setting and the white puff balls turning pink and orange as well....just incredible.
