If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Mountainbiker! Welcome to the team - you have to post your biking each time you do it and then I can count it in the stats! Read back a few pages (if you haven't done so already!) and you will see how we roll!! Great to have you on board to help us reach our target

took a walk with hubby again around sunset, very pretty with the light reflecting golden off the reeds around the small stream through the field. sunsets are always better with clouds for the light to play off of. the pond has gotten a lot bigger since the beavers set up home there! 2-4 times bigger. walked not only along the path, but through the field to get to and from the pond, hope i didn't do it over the rather rough terrain, thighs a bit sore, hope its just good muscle soreness. a nice pretty walk, but cold! and a bit windy! in the 20s again, but with the wind felt even chiller. ~2 miles, ~ 45 minutes.

Went running 10 miles this morning. 1 hour 42 minutes. I turned 50 today, running to try to keep my youthfulness.

took a [color:#6600CC] the pond has gotten a lot bigger since the beavers set up home there! 2-4 times bigger. This sounds so pretty and peaceful.
