Thanks David. I'm very curious as to whether there are differences in symptoms between the two subsets of RA that they describe.

Hi Wendy,

Or would there be differences in the effectiveness of treatment regimes. Perhaps MTX might be more effective for one than the other?

Understanding RA seems to be even harder than understanding AS!
