huggs from afar! hugss

if i were there i'd make you some chicken soup heart

today was much calmer outside, no wind and up to 25 degrees so took my much needed walk:

walked 2 miles, 45 minutes smile

the only true excitement was a rather excitable irish setter behind an invisible fence.

I like Irish setters. But no chicken soup for me yet. Just Ginger ale. And really? I thought "we" autoimmune people weren't supposed to get flu/cold like illnesses? Maybe I'll skip my LDN tonight and let my spondy monster do her work.

To make up for the 3/4 mile I missed Saturday I skied for 2.5 hours this morning. Then went to work.

walked, 1.5 miles, 30 minutes, 14 degrees,

what a difference 10 degrees makes, yesterday 25 degrees and felt balmy in comparison, today, cold, brrr!

thinsulate in the boots, thermaloft in the coat, hat, mittens, scarf, not so bad....but any exposed face got really cold, thank goodness for scarves!

Ya'll make me smile with your persistence. I am visualizing KM w/ chainsaws now. smile
