I ran up American Fork Canyon today. 6.2 miles in 58:46 minutes. Not much traffic going up the canyon. Ran by a few scout troops camping in the snow (looked cold to me). On the way down the canyon I had several people hauling snow machines pass me heading up to ride in the snow. I wish they would slow down for runners. I only saw one other runner in the canyon today. It was cold, I forgot to look at the temperature, but I would guess it was 15F to 18F. I was dressed warm.

Hi Sue
Just got back from our walk, thought about you along the way smile

Walked 20 minutes / 0.5 miles
We are certainly not getting any quicker, but at least we are getting out and about for 20 minutes and seeing the countryside. The donkey we see brayed so loudly today we were all in stitches laughing!!! I think even Molly may have heard it!!!

Would love to see some photos of your walks Sue - I'll show you mine if you show me yours grin laugh2 yes
