Today I swam 1 kilometer in this pool. Woohoo - swimming at 6,000 feet after sea level...

I ran up American Fork Canyon today. 6.2 miles in 58:46 minutes. Not much traffic going up the canyon. Ran by a few scout troops camping in the snow (looked cold to me). On the way down the canyon I had several people hauling snow machines pass me heading up to ride in the snow. I wish they would slow down for runners. I only saw one other runner in the canyon today. It was cold, I forgot to look at the temperature, but I would guess it was 15F to 18F. I was dressed warm.

Okay, you all have finally done the impossible and made me laugh out loud. 6,000 feet ABOVE sea level. Good job!

You know what Erica, even as I typed the 6,000 feet below sea level I knew I was missing something! I looked at your link and thought... it just looks like a normal pool to me!!! Doh!

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

i'd love to go with you all! that sounds like so much fun! i will be going today myself; often i can get hubby to go with me as well. one of these days i'll post some photos of our walks; hatted, mittened, booted as well!

Hi Sue Just got back from our walk, thought about you along the way Walked 20 minutes / 0.5 milesWe are certainly not getting any quicker, but at least we are getting out and about for 20 minutes and seeing the countryside. The donkey we see brayed so loudly today we were all in stitches laughing!!! I think even Molly may have heard it!!! Would love to see some photos of your walks Sue - I'll show you mine if you show me yours
