40 minutes on the elliptical machine today. Phew! That was tiring but burned over 400 calories.

Ran 11.1 miles this morning in 1 hour 57 minutes. Very slow and a couple miles shorter than originally planned. I was very tired.

Good stuff, everyone. Your reliability to keep going every week does me alot of good

Anyway today was a good one to begin with. Before breakfast I went to the gym and did (for the 1st time) a complete sprint triathlon which is: 20km on the bike 5km on the treadmill and 750m in the pool. No problems afterwards apart from I did nothing for the rest of the day. My girlfriend is a little sick so I spent the whole day doing nothing aswell.

Good job on the triathlon, I have always wnted to that, but afraid of the swim. I can't turn my head far any more.

Good job keeping going guys! cheerleader

I haven't been to my class since before Montana (end of May) as I've been flaring hard, feet too swollen for my asics, but today.................. rainbow I went!!! rainbow

70 minutes of very careful aerobics, weights, stretching

I have hypermobility issues in joints and my neck started "dislocating" again, and I realized as I did abs today that THAT is what strengthens my neck and prevents that from happening.

Baby steps, I'll get it back.
