saturday: walked: 1.5 miles, 30 minutes

sunday: walked: 1.25 miles, 40 minutes

monday: walked: 1 mile, 20 minutes

Wednesday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes)
Thursday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes)
Friday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes)
Saturday: bike 15 miles (70 minutes)
Sunday: bike 15 miles (70 minutes)

I've been so neglecting my stretches!

A road trip! I haven't been on a real road trip for a VERY long time...the type where you just drive and drive...I'm thinking 1979...whoa that is a long time. That sounds enjoyable.

Today I walked 1/2 mile back and forth out on the Edmonds dive park jetty. Why anyone would purposely dive in the pacific nw is beyond me. Tomorrow we head for Yakima. Peace to you all. rainbow

It snowed yesterday so I was 33 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer. 3.6 miles, without going anywhere.
