saturday: walked: 1.5 miles, 30 minutes
sunday: walked: 1.25 miles, 40 minutes
monday: walked: 1 mile, 20 minutes

Wednesday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes) Thursday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes) Friday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes) Saturday: bike 15 miles (70 minutes) Sunday: bike 15 miles (70 minutes)
I've been so neglecting my stretches!
A road trip! I haven't been on a real road trip for a VERY long time...the type where you just drive and drive...I'm thinking 1979...whoa that is a long time. That sounds enjoyable.

...Like, I have quad muscles again. I know the AS is damaging stuff, but the inactivity was damaging quite a bit too, and making me ultra weak!!! Yay, the bazillion squats in place of the hard stuff in class are paying off!!! YAY!!!! Way to go! AS is bad, but inactivity is worse.

It snowed yesterday so I was 33 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer. 3.6 miles, without going anywhere.
