If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

walked, 2.5 miles, 55 minutes
high 20s, mostly cloudy, no wind, a few inches of snow on the ground, but the road clear, nice day for a walk.

Today I swam 1,000 yds. This team is the only thing keeping me active right now. My daughter loved this forum for the NSD guide

I didn't make it running at all today because I had to get up early to go to my son's swim meet. I did spend the day skiing yesterday. It was great to get out of the inversion, and almost to warm in the mountains.

I walked 1.5 miles today... With my husband, son, and daughter-in-law down to the water.

Hey all you exercising buddies!! Hope all is well with you. 4 beads of sweat today. It's an improvement. I'll take it. 60 minutes of cardio on the floor. A little band work. Had a little "grateful to be alive and back at my favorite exercise class" moment today. Tears and all. Glad I was on the back row, nobody but me knew. I just love losing myself in the loud music MAKING my body do what I want it to do for a change. 4 classes in and already there is so much improvement. Still absolutely NO leaving the ground but already I can get my knee up to hip height. YES, I was that bad before. Coping with a pretty brutal SI flare in my right cheek. Not sure why. No starch and no sugar since 1/22/11. We use bread in our sacrament service at church. The flare came on a few hours after church. Could a tiny bit of bread bring that on?? Hmmmmmmm. What do people do for the sacrament when they CAN'T do bread. The white bread tasted like pure sugar to me. Weird eh? My taste buds change drastically with no starch and no sugar. I did eat more dairy that usual yesterday, but the flare came on 2 minutes after I finished eating so I don't think it was that. Maybe I just pulled a muscle?? Who knows. Thanks for letting me think out loud.

Donette, Yes, that much bread throws me for a loop. that is why I am not on the diet. I think in time you might be able to take the sacrement. I wouyld substitute coconut or something. Decide wether to tell your priest or just do it.. Or you can just tell JESUS whose body it is and let His grace be sufficient. let me know, cause I care. agape' Lon
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.
