Let me get this striaght, you a pool splasher, want me to give a holler if I am in your area?? What would my grandkids think?? You being a splasher???
Last summer, my 14 year old grandcson, told his stop dad he wanted to load me up in the picup and take me down town and (Seattle) see how much he could get for Grandpa>>>>

What would my grandkids think?? You being a splasher??? I love it here, too!  Today there was - sadly - no splashing.  But I managed to swim 1,100 yds in a not-so-zippy 50 minutes.  Go TEAM!

Saturday: ride 25 miles (90 minutes)
Sunday: ride 25 miles (90 minutes) and 30 minutes neck stretching.
I think I need to find a new route for my bike ride...it's getting really predictable.

Saturday, Went to American Fork canyon bought a year pass, then drove up about 3.5 miles. This is just above the Timpanogos cave. Then I ran 3 miles up, took a couple of pictures. Then ran 3 miles back down. We have an inversion in the valley, so going up the canyon got me out of the inversion into the good air.

There are no words of comfort, just to say how good to have known such a wonderful daughter and person - am sure she lighted up everyone's lives. May you and your husband and family find peace.
