Erica, Isn't it interesting how we can learn from the most unsuspecting people if we just take the time.. still walking 30 minutes a day.
It is raining in Geillette, Wyoming...we sure need it.

I might try the gym again this weekend. I was afraid to risk it last week. It seems that while upping our exercise we are also upping our wisdom about what our bodies can endure. At least this is true for me!

Today's run 3.12 miles in 30:03 minutes. That included stopping to talk to a friend who had surgery a few weeks ago. I stopped for less than a minute.

There is one thing: the flux is stressing me out a bit and my best remedy is slowly swimming up and down the pool. True w/ me as well!
