If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

TI was cranking and I didn't believe my own time when I got home. It was cold for this area...less than 40F and that's a wind-chill of less than 31F. Brrrrrr.... Good job! It's snowing here right now. Go TEAM!

Saturday I ran 5.25 miles 54.25 Minutes. I did walk when the road had snow or ice on it. I didn't want to fall. I am worried that the MS is getting more of a hold on me. I have been trying to get my speed up, but it is not working. I guess I should be happy that I can still run.

I have been trying to get my speed up, but it is not working. I guess I should be happy that I can still run. I know how you feel! I feel the same way about swimming. I can't get my speed up, so I'm now I'm working on improving my endurance. Good job keeping on keeping on! Just so you know, there are LOTS of people in the pool with MS who swim with me. There are also some people who run in the water with flotation belts. Go TEAM!

I am in worse shape than last year, when I was two hours into my hike I started having cramps in my thigh. Yay for getting out there, though! Good job! Where is that photo taken? It looks like the top of Colorado natn'l monument just near the Utah border. Wowie! Gorgeous. Go TEAM!

...but I got to see a magnificent cat. Very few things are more stunning than a crystal clear morning with the sun coming up in the biting cold after a snowstorm. Then watching the breathe cloud the air as a big mountain lion growls at you... That is awesome! I always wanted to see a mountain lion on my backpacking trips. I was told they are out there but I was never lucky enough to see one.

Guess I need to get in some shape other than chair shape. ETTE. Darrel. I want to go out with you sometime, and see a mountain lion. That sounds like a fun trip.

Today I swam 250 yds in 10 minutes after spending 5 minutes each on the treadmill and elliptical. My hip/sacrum tolerated the machines okay. My plan is to work up to 30 minutes on each machine, increasing by one minute per week. Stay tuned! Go TEAM!
